This place hasn't changed at all since I went here in college.

I want to rate a zero, went in and was at the bar, security came up asked for our Id after already ordering drinks, bartenders we're to busy to even help us chatting amongst themselves, already overheard no managers we're about, and after waiting 10 min for a drink I took a picture of them chatting and they got all butthurt saying I need to get out because of no pictures, then a security guard came about saying he was the manager and he was gonna kick our asses and we need to get out, and I asked for the manager and he claimed he was, and I knew he wasn't because he clearly looked like he was on drugs and smelled of alcohol.. and was attoginizing other patrons, who was walking outside because of there ignorance, if this is how they run the bar please stay away.. took a picture of them not helping customers.

Nice drinks for $4.50

Highly overrated and never worth the 30 minute wait in line just to stand under the palm trees with a too sweet to handle drink.

A good college bar, gets busy late in the night so plan on going early if you don't like to wait in lines

Decent drinks, but packed to the occupancy limits thurs-sat.

I spent $6 (drink plus tip) and they charged my card $30. Apparently their phone doesn't work because it just rings. Loved this bar until I was out $24.

It was ok, but there really weren't enough people there, especially of the greek nature. You see, I'm in a frat, and I love me some fellow frat dudes and trust fund sorority girls, but there just weren't enough of them there for me. I just chugged a 3.2 keystone as I wrote this. Cool bro!

It's a good spot, especially if you prefer the younger crowd.

All-in-all, its a great beer bar with cheap pool and thats about it. Never order a White Russian in this joint. Trust me.

Great place to grab drinks, shoot pool and watch the games

This bar has always been the go-to for most people a college-age on the strip when it comes to the last hour of the night. I'll let your imagination run. As one of the staples of the Stillwater strip, there's always good time to be a dad at this venue, but it could definitely use a new face and some cleaning up to give it new life on the inside.

Murphy’s is a great place to be with good friends. My only complaint is that the business hours are to remain open until 2am, however the bar usually starts asking people to leave around 1:30am. Thank you!

Worst experience I have ever had at a bar. I asked the bar tender if there were any birthday specials and she told me I already gave you yours (which is a lie) and then said if your gonna try and get free drinks get out of my bar. She also said I called her an a**hole which I would never do. So I walked off from the situation. Ten mins later a bouncer is escorting me out. I had maybe two drinks before I went there and one there. I tried to even call back and get an explanation and got hung up on two different times. Horrible service and I will never be going back.

The most rude and racist staff I have ever seen. Always treat people of color differently than they would other people. Thought of giving this place another chance today. But yet again, the staff behaved obnoxious and extremely rude and didn't even apologize after proven wrong. So done with this place !

Get the liquid marijuana or try one of their insane jello shots! Great atmosphere and great bartenders

So dirty, poorly kept, crowded (not sure why), boring music (seems to be the same playlist on repeat), poor service... Based on multiple experiences cause of friends.

I have never been more furious in my life. I was just turned away from Murphy's because of my service animal. I was told "I may not be able to turn away your dog but I can turn away you." And " I don't care. Have a nice night." When I refused to accept this, a manager took me outside and told me that I needed a doctor's note. I handed him her credentials and explained I couldn't get it with out a doctor's note. He told me "look your not coming in tonight. " when I opened my mouth to argue, he accused me of being intoxicated. I literally have not had a drop of alcohol. Then to top it off they said if I didn't leave they'd call the cops and have them remove me .... The management and staff alike treated me so poorly .. I was so humiliated and frustrated. I went down the street and they simply checked her credentials and my ID before preceding to FOLLOW THE LAW by letting us in .

Easily the worst bar on the strip for a drinker. They have consistently shorted me on liquor, and their beer is mostly overpriced. It's always crowded and too noisy to have a serious conversation. They allow cigarettes, but not cigarillos. They have Biggie on the jukebox (which is cool), but have banned grandmaster flash. Their pool tables are nice, but not nearly as nice as Shots'. There's simply no reason to visit Murphy's.

Last week my friend and I stopped at Murphy’s to get a quick drink and our bartender added her own tip onto our checks without telling us even after we had left cash tips in her jar. Luckily my friend checks her bank statements or else I wouldn’t have known. You cannot trust Murphy’s with your money because they will take your money from you without you knowing. Also, the drink we were overcharged for was not good, so it was a complete waste of our time.

This place is terrible, bought 2 beers and the bill was $5 left a $2 tip which equals $7, then I checked my bank account and they charged me $30!!! Like really? For 2 beer? Tried calling them 3 times and they won’t answer the phone, so I would not recommend ever going here. Bunch of petty thieves!

Great place to party an have a great time

I did not dislike Murphy's. The place, however, is a hole in the wall that all the college kids enjoy because they think their friends do. It's a bar, it's fun to drink with your friends, and enjoy a few games of pool in. But if you're going to want to enjoy yourself without the under-25 crowd, leave before 9pm.

The bouncers are a bunch of thugs and treat their customers like trash just because they’ve had a little to drink. You do so much as blink wrong and your gonna get kicked out. Also the drinks are watered down. Do yourself a favor and just go to another bar on the strip.

You'd be wise to pick a different place to try and enjoy Stillwater, Oklahoma. I would have had better time enduring the tornadoes in OKC. If you like getting kicked out of a place for literally no reason and then being charged $30 for it, you're in the right place.If I were a gambling man, and I am, I'd take my chances elsewhere. I've never seen an establishment able to con people out of their money as easily as Murphy's in Stillwater can. These people should be locked away, better yet institutionalized. If it's a busy night, you can almost expect to get booted just so that they can get the next guy waiting in line outside inside to spend his or her parent's money. It's honestly a surprise college students go here. You'd think they'd be smarter than to go keep going back here.Any body with decent legal representation could shut this place down in an instant if they so wished.Stay away. You've been warned.
